Starting in the heart of the city, you will find that every building in Valencia is indeed Instagram-worthy. Being an architecture lover like myself, I couldn’t take my eyes off the intricate details of each facade.

The Valencia Cathedral, located in the historic center, is a stunning blend of Gothic, Romanesque, and Baroque styles. If you’d like to take pictures in front of the Cathedral without the crowds, you will need to get there around 7 am.

Bonus: If you’re visiting later, make sure to climb to the top of the adjacent bell tower, known as El Micalet, for an incredible shot of Valencia’s rooftops and skyline.
